Insurance and Billing

3RPT is currently in network with Georgia Medicaid. Aside from insurance, we accept private pay for all services. Upon request, we can also provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.  Submission of superbills is solely the responsibility of the parent/caregiver.  It is highly recommended you contact your insurance to verify reimbursement requirements.​

Payment is collected the day services are provided.  Upon your initial visit, 3RPT will request a credit card be placed on file.  This card will be charged by end of day the day services are rendered.

Commonly Asked Questions

Do I need a referral?

Referrals are required for those using Medicaid and Anthem BCBS.  Referrals can be faxed to 678-559-0202.  Once a referral is received, 3RPT will be in touch for the next steps.  If you are self-pay, you do not have to have a referral. 

How often is therapy?

Following the initial evaluation, recommendations will be made on frequency and duration of sessions based on the child's need.  Typically sessions are either 30 minutes or 1 hour, 1-2x/week. 

Where are services provided?

All services are provided at our office, located at 700 E 2nd Ave SW, Suite I in Rome, Georgia.
