Insurance and Billing
3RPT is currently in network with Georgia Medicaid and all managed care plans. Aside from insurance, we accept private pay for all services.
Payment is collected the day services are provided. Upon your initial visit, 3RPT will request a credit card be placed on file. This card will be charged by end of day the day services are rendered.

Commonly Asked Questions
Do I need a referral?
Referrals are required for new patients billing insurance. Referrals can be faxed to 678-559-0202. Once a referral is received, 3RPT will be in touch for the next steps. If you are self-pay, you do not have to have a referral.
How often is therapy?
Following the initial evaluation, recommendations will be made on frequency and duration of sessions based on the child's need. Typically sessions are either 30 minutes or 1 hour, 1-2x/week.
Where are services provided?
All services are provided at our office, located at 700 E 2nd Ave SW, Suite I in Rome, Georgia.
